4750 cf Covered Hoppers with placards
The spaces between the ribs on the 4750 cubic foot covered hoppers are not large enough to sport much of a company logo. And so rather than printing "around" or over the ribs, many roads have opted to add billboard "placards" on their cars to better display company advertising and/or company logos.
