Kato is offering ATSF EMD F7A and B units
featuring for the first time selectable
pre-printed number boards! The
A unit has factory installed a printed
number board showing road #300. Additional
number boards with road #'s 301 and 304
are provided which allows you to
add additional
ATSF F7 road #'s to your fleet. The B unit
is not numbered but includes
extra pre-printed number boards for #302 and
305.
Also featured are: LED directional
headlight and illuminated number boards and Kato
magnetic
knuckle couplers.

LED's illuminate better, they are recommended
because they do not create heat.
In some cases, particularly with the use of DCC, there
have been reports of the standard lights (11204/11206)
damaging cars by melting plastic. Though more expensive,
